All fees are payable in advance at the beginning of each month invoices will be prepared and parents are asked to make the payment within 7 days of receiving the invoice. Payment must be made in full with no deductions being made for any reason including sickness and holidays. The reason for this, as I am sure you will appreciate, is that your child has a reserved place within the Kingfisher Kids Club and all staff, equipment and resources have to be planned in advance.
Notification of Termination
Parents wishing to terminate a Kingfisher Kids Club place are required to give one calendar months notice effective from the date we receive the notice. Notice will need to be given in writing. If parents are unable to give the necessary notice then one month’s payment will be required.
